It is tightly integrated with SAP, which we really need. HWA provides us with ease of management for our large SAP and Linux infrastructure. There have been improvements over the years in job status efficiencies, referential integrity, and performance.

The biggest challenge we have post-implementation is timely response to tickets. In several cases there have been questions/info/updates shared with the L2 team, who then goes to the L3 team, who reply to the L2 team and get back to us a week or 2 later. We have a few complex issues we would like to work directly with the L3 teams on.

- complex contractual and regulatory negotiations, as the terms are heavily vendor-centric and impose restrictions on customers that go beyond applicable legislation - contacts located wordwide, with a service organisation that is underrepresented in local-speaking regions, leading to very long approval chains within HCL for local customers

It doesn't integrate into our ServiceNow environment. We had to build a complex solution to integrate job failures on demand into ServiceNow and trigger automated job remediation. I also really wish that the built-in API plugin has the ability to monitor jobs, and not just immediately mark it successful upon submission.

We have been a long-time customer of the another vendor's version of the product. When presented with the opportunity, we found HCL's version of the product offered the exact product at a lower cost. The expertise of support when compared to other vendors I work with leaves much to be desired.
