HealthShare succeeds at concentrating supplier information. All the data I really want from network catalogs to credentialing is promptly available.

Queuing and processing can be quicker, processing messages, loading data from healthshare, edge to health insight can be quicker.
HealthShare's announcing usefulness feels awkward and obsolete. Creating custom reports for explicit examinations is an unwieldy interaction.
access to ISC team when issues arise-- this is greatly improved so not what I dislike now. What I have found dissatisfying is the inability for ISC to support our customization of out of the box product
