Easy to use and continuously improving.

Kyruus clinical keyword matching and search engine optimization support seem to be best in class.

Kyruus Connect does an extraordinary job of maintaining the integrity of our provider information. MDS has supported clinical keyword matching and SEO for member searches which has been beneficial.

To no fault of Kyruus, our organization's setup is very complex, often requiring additional steps when setting up a new product or installing new features.

The online booking feature never worked in our environment. The data sync between Epic and Kyruus was clunky and ultimately we had to move away from using it. The user experience is okay but it is very limited in what can be customized. Quite often we're told that text, buttons, icons and other elements are static and can't be updated.

It is less customizable and has not been able to meet all of the unique needs that we have for Kyruus Connect. This is unfortunate, especially as it affects the ability to design and implement an optimal patient and internal staff experience.
