Pure's sales process is great, we can talk technical with our sales engineer whenever we need and can always get anything we need purchasing wise from our account executive. Not pushy and the product performs excellently, it speaks for itself once you're up and running.

Infinidat has really made storage management easy. They have developed a slick architecture paired with a super simple GUI. On top of that, the API and API guide are the easiest to use out of all the storage products I've used. We leverage the API's to do many of the tasks we used to do manually. They have now released SMB features that we started using. The performance is amazing - we can copy 14TB files, on to/off, of in just a few hours. This feature has really helped us with several business needs for fast and reliable SMB / file shares. In addition, they have released a migration tool that allows easy migration of block storage from one array to another in the same data center. It's very fast and easy to use. It takes all the busy work of creating target side hosts/clusters/volumes and does it all - then it migrates the data over live. We've been able to migrate several TB datasets in just a few hours. With this latest code release, snaphot technology is now offered and it's so simple to use. Infinidat has also made it possible to replicate these snapshots to other Infinidats for even more security.

I have experience with NetApp since 17 years and the products are great. We have a NetApp 4-Node AFF-Metrocluster TOP performance and a very stable Product. You have a lot of good Features like Dedup, Snapshots and Cloning, which I don't want to miss. With those Features we save a lot of Disk-Space and therefore money. You don't need a additional Software for Backup your VMs, Databases or SAP-Landscape. SnapCenter is also included and this is a very good Backup and Restore Software. With NetApp FlexClone and SnapCenter we can rapidly deploy many new VMs or whole SAP Systems within a short time. This saves us also a lot of internal time and money. NetApp is a vendor that invests a lot of work in security and makes its products more secure every day. I have never seen a "non-security-equipment-vendor" that offers so many security features into its products and provides so much information about vulnerabilities.

The product is reliable, fast, and easy to maintain. Support is easy to contact when needed.

Synology has provided an extremely good value in the RackStation and DiskStation product lines. The quality is top notch in both hardware and software. The services are feature rich and easy to use, with everything you'd expect to find in a NAS device for both commercial and consumer usage.

EASY administration and upgrade. I did have to reconfigure LUNs to make 2 (was 13 before) - I called support for this and they gave me the right advice which has been up for 2 years without problem, AND latency went down even lower than it was before.

This product is a cost effective solution for dc-dr scenarios as compared to other mid sized storage in the market. The product line is good, but does have issues with BBU units

all flash arrays are awesome .speed and latency is really good .when working on high usage applications this gave a very good performance .cost of maintenance and licensing cost and support are low
