Flexible implementation. Friendly, capable agents and management. Implementation and training was setup to be easy as possible.
We built a customized approach for our state agency partner and Helpware was able to meet us at every step and work alongside us to deliver a solution to meet our exact needs. They were timely in their delivery and highly available. They also worked with us on a weekly basis to trim, expand, or adjust the approach as needed. A fantastic partner for a fast moving and complex engagement.
I most enjoy the flexibility of their services. The ability to quickly scale up and down based on our needs is pivotal as our business needs are seasonal.
We haven't had anything we dislike about the service.
We had not adequately collaborated on an off-boarding process for the program winding down. That being said, the end result was nonetheless satisfactory to both parties.
We've experienced a lot of turnover regarding operations staff. While this may be out of their control it does create a need for adjustment and onboarding on our end.
