Reliability. Scalability. R&D capability. The vendor's technological and manpower resources seem to be enough to fulfill customer's vision.
Our most favorite is supports including providing a reliable data infrastructure from Hitachi. The service has knowledge not only in IT also in Operational Technology(OT), thereforre, it is effective for responding to inqiries very prompty and providing solutions in a calm manner as well as providing the information infrastructure of Hitachi with actual performance in the manufacturing industry.
Development period is too long. Sometimes less competitive against AI startups because of this long time period. Need a lot of time to recognize customer's real requirement and subject. Development and maintenance cost are too expensive. Sometimes I am a littile bit afraid that the vendor gets recent technological information of competitor widely and quickly.
We have not so far gotten negative services we may mention.
