In getting rid of obstacles, changing and adjusting quickly of necessary features or adding new features and this so always with long term thinking! - this excellence continued also after migration got completted successfully over the globe. Support given is indeed exceptional to this very day. I do not want to compare and cannot disclose other companies here though. But from a couple of years experience I can tell. - Cumulocity has grown into a major pillar of our device management. - Cumulocity is up to its tasks, enabling us to perform worldwide operations in a very - very quick manner. I am not a sales person nor from finance, but it safes a lot money. - the vendor Software AG is also supporting very well on the continuous improvement of our needs with adding new features into Cumulocity throughout the versions they deliver. Its also a give and take, C8Y benefits from our use cases for others most likely as well. - the term exceptional may be inflationary used, but if I may emphesize the development teams of R&D in SAG, the service managers, operations and also in cases of unexpected issues, their solution management is truely exceptional.

We are working for 3 years. Our Turkey project is now in commercial phase. So far, there is no big issue.
