Only reason this wasn't a 5, was down to the way there was lack of communication around my account manager leaving. I appreciate these things happen, but there was no communication sent my way. Obviously we're far from your biggest customer, but we still spend significant sums of money, which continues to increase. We also have a big problem with the disconnect between Hostway and BAE/SilverSky. We still have the managed IDPS, and I'm concerned how this relationship will impact us moving forward.

Great technical support.
In particular, I like the technical support offered. They are always quick to respond, thorough, and capable.
