Overall experience with Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN has been excellent, and the platform deserves my 5-star rating. The combination of rock-solid stability, intelligent traffic steering, and simple centralised orchestration has significantly improved the way we manage and optimise the network. What worked well was that once deployed, the solution has been consistently stable across all sites. The centralized management interface makes policy creation, monitoring and troubleshooting far more intuitive than traditional WAN tools. Real-time traffic steering has noticeably improved application performance, especially for cloud services. Templates and zero touch provisioning have reduced the rollout time and minimised configuration. What didn't work as well was the learning of the orchestrator. The basics are straightforward, but some of the deeper configuration options require time and training to fully master. The built in analytics are useful, but more customisable dashboards would make it a lot better.
