The consultants are knowledgeable and experts in their fields, so I trust their advice. I love to work with them. We appreciate that they provide us with an hourly cost model so we are not forced to use a minimum number of hours for the contract.
Response time: HRizons has a small team with only one consultant available per module for our team. This makes that consultant extremely busy and overloaded, which leads to delay in responses, config completion and several follow-ups. Productivity tends to reduce when the consultant/s juggles between several tasks from multiple clients. Due to the same reason, if the one consultant goes on vacation, we need to wait for them to return and only then our tickets will be responded to. They have started hiring interns and mentoring them to increase the team size.

HRizons were our implementation partner and continue to provide AMS for 4 years after go-live. Great knowledge and great customization and config service but huge delays sometimes that cause stress.
