Strong integration with SAP as back-end Stable product and flexible to develop Complex and not best user friendly for supporting and maintaining

My experience with SAP NetWeaver has been a bit of a rollercoaster. As an end-user, we had to transfer all our data onto this platform and then go about a gruelling training process just to figure out how to go about using the application. We then had to also then cascade this to our internal teams ourselves as the training module was quite inadequate.
