Implementation was more complicated than expected but vendor support made it happen.
Once implemented, the product worked relatively well in day to day operations. Implementation was a bit more complicated than expected with the "details" of what was required to make it work for specific data environments producing a number of gotcha moments. All the obstacles were overcome with the required amount of energy and time to grind it out.
