Overall it is a must have solution any organisation should buy. Also, it requires some additional learning and the overall cost of the tool is on the higher side.

The streamlining of the IT infra and the interface is what I like most about the solution. It is a must solution for every organisation so that they can manage and optimize their infrastructure more and decrease every complexity to make tasks easy.
Simple display system so it won't confuse users.
They are very helpful and quick to respond to emails.
The learning curve involved and the overall cost is what I dislike the most.
Sometime software will be very slow.
There are some features that I would like added, but we are still in the testing phase anyways.
