Visibility and transparency along with efficiency gains is the main catch here with this product they help us in spending along with cloud waste.
The ability/functionality to consolidate all data in one place.
There is a setup overheads with this product and would prefer as part of roadmap, AI features, automation and other features are developed which can reduce this overheads.
Ui is somewhat outdated and complex and its also somewhat slow sometimes while loading.
Some UI interfaces could be improved for better UX.
