The platform gives finance and IT teams a shared working environment, which has improved collaboration and reduced the the back-and-forth that used to slow down the monthly close process.

its budgeting and forecasting use cases are strong. can be used for complex projects with large costs and spending. great for multi phase projects.

1. The learning curve is steeper than expected - the platform's flexibility is also its complexity, and new users need dedicated time to get comfortable before they can work independently. 2. The user interface feels functional rather than modern - it gets the job done but doesn't feel as polished as some newer entrants into the space. 3. Out-of-the-box reporting covers the basics but lacks the depth needed for more advanced analysis - building custom views requires either internal expertise or vendor support.

it is very niche and tailored specifically for only certain industries and project types. not overly useful for many use cases. not a beginner friendly platform either and quite expensive.

The tool falls back on a legacy GUI interface which needs to be more robust to better the end user customer experience. Some of the implementation requires cumbersome navigation which requires significant training.
