It is very hard to leverage Oracle support for projects such as CPU patching or release upgrades since there are only limited people there with the right skills to help the customers. Most oracle support is shying away from a phone call and wants to work in the background using the portal to communicate. This is making it very hard for complex troubleshooting
The HFM user interface could be a bit better and more user friendly. You have to find your way before you are able to use the system. This makes a steep learning curve for new users.
