A little disappointed in terms of service & support

Implementation took too long.

We use it to evaluate the financials of external companies. So, each company has a little bit different system and we need to adjust and adapt the settings of Oracle to able to get financials of the companies. The adjustment process is really time consuming.

Its implementation and integration is easy.Cleaning the data is very easy.The performance is excellent and the interface very clear and minimalist which is refreshing. The presentation layer is excellent with a lot of out of the box subject areas and reports for Oracle ERP. Need some better experience for payments.
