Exceptional response time and availability, precision in providing edits, ease of use of the IRIS Carbon platform. All at a very reasonable cost.

Not really something explicit, initially the time line was too long and difficult to us to estimate potential impacts in cas of delays, however this has significantly improved over time.

More specific enhancements needed for finance reporting.

No major issues in particular. The ESEF side of the platform is not very flexible but the IRIS team always helped us when we had to edit the ESEF file.
