My overall experience with my project team in this external service organization has been very positive. Their proactive and committed collaboration was a key factor for success, as they showed initiative and a willingness to go beyond expectataions to ensure porject and customer satisfaction. The team also effectively embodied the core project values, applying principles such as end-to-end responsibility, continous delivery, automation and zero-error approach in their daily work.
