The team demonstrated excellent professional competance across all relevant areas, consitently deliverinh high-quality results that the demanding requirements from me. Their proactive and committed collaboration was a key factor for success, as they showed initiative and a willingness to go beyond expectataions to ensure porject and customer satisfaction. The team also effectively embodied the core project values, applying principles such as end-to-end responsibility, continous delivery, automation and zero-error approach in their daily work. This led to early errro detection, stable fature delivery and consitently high system quality. Furthermore, the team ensured reliable and stable operation of a critical business system under 24/7 conditions, meetings all SLAs and responding swiftly to challenges. Overall, the collabortaion has been satisfactory with clearly demonstrated expertise, reliability and decication. Many many thank you :-)

The solutions architect was very knowledgeable and he assisted to ensure that the tech solutioning was well designed and worked with the users to clear the necessary forums so that the development team can continue working on it.

- No automatic creation of test cases after a new feature was implemented

Although business objectives are achieved, still a lot of room is there for platform stabilization, automation, performance improvements which I believe IBM has the capability to perform.

The team has a more traditional mindset, any changes, they will flag immediate delays in delivery timelines rather than find ways or make proposals to find a workable solution.
