Teams are professional and capable of handling all the complexities during the digital transition and transformation of the landscape. We were operating in a legacy data center before we migrated to AWS. HCL Teams properly analyzed each application and defined the Cloud strategy. Considering lot of complexities in the migration, HCL teams successfully migrated all the worklods from the legacy data centre to AWS. HCL teams also helped to stabilise and further modernize the landscape. Post migrating to AWS Cloud, HCLTech team helped to choose the strategy for each application, based on the association with HCL teams, we have moved some applications to SaaS and some applications we have hosted server less which helped us to drastically reduce the tech debt and operate on the latest stack. HCLTech team has very good proprietary tools like iONA for AI and is always proactive in suggesting ways to solve problems and persistently working on fixing the issues and stabilizing the landscape and also innovating with new tools.

The standard of capability and skills that HCL has provided has helped increase the productivity of our existing in-house teams. Knowledge is shared freely within the teams, aiding the growth of capability for both parties. The standard of technical knowledge and experience from HCL has been outstanding with an excellent work ethic ensuring quality products are built to a high standard and rigorously tested prior to delivery into a production environment. The flexibility to grow or shrink the team at regular review stages depending on workloads and backlogs also benefits our agile ways of working. Being able to balance onshore / offshore resourcing also helps manage costs. HCL provides quality resources onshore or offshore depending on the specific requirements at a given time.
Can't think of any dislikes in the service off the top of my mind, it's always been excellent to be associated with HCLTech. We have recently signed another 7 years contract with HCL.
Team should keep learning things and should not rely on any person for any kind of issues or escalations. There is also a lot of scope in automating the things where the team has not shown up in getting a resource for the same.
From my experience, there are no dislikes. Even if a supplied resource may not quite meet the intended requirements, HCL is quick to act in the best interests of the customer and make any necessary changes.
