My overall experience with my project team in this external service organization has been very positive. The team demonstrated excellent professional competance across all relevant areas, consitently deliverinh high-quality results that the demanding requirements from me. Their proactive and committed collaboration was a key factor for success, as they showed initiative and a willingness to go beyond expectataions to ensure porject and customer satisfaction. The team also effectively embodied the core project values, applying principles such as end-to-end responsibility, continous delivery, automation and zero-error approach in their daily work. This led to early errro detection, stable fature delivery and consitently high system quality. Furthermore, the team ensured reliable and stable operation of a critical business system under 24/7 conditions, meetings all SLAs and responding swiftly to challenges. Was not sure if this survey was based off of the recent Staff Augmentation or the Kyndryl CNS BAU. I have entered my ratings based on the KCNS BAU. The team has been responsive to acknowledging requests, but timely execution is sometimes a problem. We have had tickets and other requests that have sat for days with no action taken. It seems there is a bottleneck with the resources as all requests funnel through 2 SME level before the juniors action anything. If one or both of the SMEs are out of the office or busy on other tickets or clients, it seems nothing gets worked on. When the team does work on the issues, the tasks are usually completed in a timely manner and good notes are made. For KCNS as a whole, the different teams windows, linux, db, etc. seem to work in a siloed way, this I feel causes a lot of disconnect and also makes it where we have to repeat information multiple times to multiple people/teams, and even then it doesn't always seem to get disseminated to everyone. Overall our experience has been positive, we operate a hybrid model where we retain the architecture in-house and therefore had limited exposure to TCS's expertise in this respect. We are also mostly at the point of Cloud optimisation rather than Cloud native, so again have not seen TCS's capabilities in a true light. Our overall experience is that TCS is highly collaborative to work with and care about our brand.
