Reliability of the services being delivered, meeting my customer expectations. LTM manages my landscape very well despite of technology changes day after another, adopting to the state-of-the-art technologies around cloud and cyber security landscape and making every inch positive and productive.
A lot of effort needs to be put in to get the desired result at the end but this does take time to achieve this and when trying to carry on the day to day it can be stressful but the end result is worth it.
Formal Planning can be a challenge Delivery is done in Silo's which can cause duplication or conflicting requirements Delivery doesn't understand/know the business benefits of the tooling

LTM has an extensive workforce back in the mainland and I believe a demand-based optimization would help to achieve better outcomes and be customer centric.
