Overall our experience has been positive, we operate a hybrid model where we retain the architecture in-house and therefore had limited exposure to TCS's expertise in this respect. We are also mostly at the point of Cloud optimisation rather than Cloud native, so again have not seen TCS's capabilities in a true light. Our overall experience is that TCS is highly collaborative to work with and care about our brand. They also take constructive feedback in a proactive and positive way to proactively drive service improvement.

I think TCS has done a good job in transforming our legacy infrastructure into a cloud footprint where the majority of our applications are now hosted in the cloud
