Broadly speaking, the Capgemini team did a fabulous job of quickly and accurately understanding our current state. While this might ordinarily be the "easy part", an accurate and deep understanding of current state was necessary in order for the Cap team to help us plan our roadmap for deploying and enhancing our envisioned GCP environment. Could not have been happier with the time and energy the Cap team spent truly understanding the current and actively participating in the definition of what the future needed to support.

Capgemini was the provider of data centre capabilities. It took them 7 months to increase capacity for us. This was poor. Their team does not engage with us regularly and misses meetings. The experience has been poor.
