- No automatic creation of test cases after a new feature was implemented
Although business objectives are achieved, still a lot of room is there for platform stabilization, automation, performance improvements which I believe IBM has the capability to perform.
Timelines were longer than expected, partly due to complex processes and heavy documentation. The service can feel rigid at times, and costs can rise quickly if the scope expands mid-project.
