It's an immense pleasure to share my 10 years of experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator. As an automobile parts manufacturer and part of ACMA, we joined the AUTODX process, a collaboration between IBM and ACMA to provide a cloud platform to facilitate the electronic data interchange among business partners. We appreciate IBM's ability to automate and enhance B2B communication, offering a secure and dependable method for exchanging most vital business documents like our Delivery schedules / purchase orders / shipment notifications / Invoices. During the EDI setup at the initial stage, we felt it was tough to configure and create programs from our ERP. But with the support of a strong intellectual team from IBM highly helped us to develop the system and integrate it with our partners at less cost. With the proper training and guidance from IBM, we were able to do data mapping and transformations for many EDI projects with IBM sterling B2B integration. We have been using IBM Sterling B2B integration for most of our OEM customers for seamless data interchange in a highly secure way and very much easier in the use of multiple communication protocols.
