i liked its simplicity, it didnt take me long to adapt to its use, in less than 1 month i had mastered 80% of the tool, I like how easy it is to integrate with other monitoring tools, For me. who deploys the tool, i appriciate that it is easy to install
Though most of the OOTB integrations are good, however, it needs complicated scripting to integrate with some legacy applications. Costing is also a bit on the higher side than other vendors in this space.
