I enjoy the dedication the team has in helping us meet our goals and expectations. The product also has the ability to contextualize the data we have and create classifications specific to the company. This has revealed some compliance issues that we would not have known about.
it helps in easy categorization of sensitive data and thus helps in noticing any possible issue and policy violation and be pro active to rectify it
Exact file paths and slight previews of masked data Ability to have the end user remediate with straightforward instructions (even those unfamiliar with IT/Cyber can do this) The granularity The depth of filtering that can be used for data stores and policies, respectively.
I mentioned product maturity. At the time of purchase, some of the dazzling features were on the roadmap. Additionally, the UI is great for analysts, but as the technical deployment team, does not offer much information to feed off from. I constantly have to meet with my Cyera team to grab key metrics and issues that are on the backend. I think some of those features needs to be available on the customer end for troubleshooting purposes as well. They could also use a percentage completion bar for files scanned and better filtering capabilities (I'm simply not a fan). Also I have not tried their policies/remediation capability.
the misses in data scanning and sometime it gives error without giving much information about it and also mis interpret scanning failures
The image scaling requirements for the images in the emails sent to customers. It will match all the specifications and will just error out and say the image could not be uploaded. There should be a method to follow up with an end user after the first email has been sent already. Ability to remediate S3 buckets based on an assigned admin owner of the store

You have WAY more data at risk than you think
Extremely straightforward UI with detailed overview. Easy to navigate and find issues based on criticality. I really like how easy it is for the end user to remediate their own stuff with minimal intervention. I have only had a couple of false positives which is impressive. The granularity offered by this application is excellent. One thing I would like to see implemented in the future would be the addition of an automated follow up email after a set period or as another option for the policy. Perhaps even a teams/slack integration for this would be cool.
