I like that Imperva DDos protection automatically detects and mitigates breaches without human intervention, which i like because it offers consistent, always on security with zero downtime. It virtually instantly stops even massive attacks while permitting normal traffic to get through.

It is an incredible platform with complete coverage and great results filtering undesired traffic. The investigative feature provides us with critical information such as IPs and domains which helps us identify and block bots from accessing our website.

The overall service is good but if think about dislikes, then it would be the setup process that takes time and requires technical expertise and may take longer than anticipated. Also the pricing is bit higher.

Scalability is ok, but we will need to purchase more licenses should we require to onboard more websites. Might not be easy to administrate for a greenhorn especially if it comes to configuring ACL.

The tool can sometimes run a bit slow because of its consumption of system resources and there are often delays when it comes to carrying out searches.
