It actively monitors endpoints and user activities. I like the intelligent prioritization. Proactive prevention makes Incydr great. Incydr supports automated responses.
Real-time threat detection is one of my favorite features, along with the optional pro-active interventions. The intuitive dashboard is fairly clean and also makes it easy to generate compliance ready reports for audits. The integration with our SIEM was easier than it has been with most other tools as well, which is a huge bonus.
Deep visibility compared to other vendors on the market, git pushes, SFTP, air drop, bluetooth, etc.. Not just browser events.
No serious challenges using Incydr.
Has a high false positive rate which is very cumbersome, but we are still fine tuning the product. I also wish there was further customization with the detection rules that are less rigid. For the advanced features, there is a very steep learning curve and I am undergoing a lot of training for that.
still work to be done, lots of false positives but that may be fixed in the newest release. Would rather have false positives than missing stuff all together.

Although the interface is user-friendly, I find it difficult to navigate given the breadth of features.
