Most widely recognized name out there to search for jobs so you can cast a wide net and attract many applicants, ability to video chat while reviewing a resume is very helpful, and the fact that everything runs through Indeed and not a 3rd party saves a lot of time
I really like the ease of job posting, the resume search capabilities, the reach of the platform to find quality candidates quickly.
Wide reach and visibility using the Indeed network, features that save time such as automated assessment tools, very user friendly interface
Overtime it gets very expensive to post jobs on Indeed, the wide applicant pool often attracts seekers who no-show interviews and are not the best candidates for your business, and the video chat is convenient but eliminates that personal touch you get with in person interviews.
I wish there were better options for paying for candidates as I dont feel we should have to pay for candidates who dont meet the minimum qualifications; nor are the eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. I also wish there were better ways to filter out unqualified candidates; despite setting up knock-out parameters to limit unqualified candidates, I still have to sift through many unqualified resumes to get a solid candidate pool.
Quality versus quantity issues with the indeed network attracting lots of unqualified applicants, the templates for job postings can be limited in their customisation, the pricing structure can add up quickly for high visibility roles
