1. On Demand Interview - Candidates can record their interviews at their leisure. Good for preliminary rounds. 2. Regular reminders, instructions and practice interview option - Helps in keeping candidates on track with the timeline, instructions and practice interviews help in reducing confusion. 3. Mobile Friendly - Is mobile friendly application, this is good because in today's world, candidates want things on go and employers may not loose on quality candidates as sometimes candidates feel waste of time, specially to find time to login to computer or laptop.

* Disclaimer: I don't have strong dislikes. If I have to highlight a few things, I'd say: - You need to take care in initial setup to ensure customized, engaging content for candidates. Failing to do this may result in candidates losing interest or not getting a strong sense of your company/the role in initial steps and potentially losing interest. - I'd love to more effectively store videos within our ATS.
1. Change requests after successful implementation - It involves extra cost and time. In today's evolving world, where technology and hiring trends are changing rapidly, products should be scalable (Performance enhancement) and cost efficient.
There seems to be little feature enhancements over the past couple of years. Would love to learn more about what's on HireVue's roadmap to compete with some of the newer platforms.
