i've been using the indeed platform over 3 years, it helps the hiring process through sourcing and we are able to meet the demands by getting good profiles from this platform. We can search resumes, post jobs also filter application and directly contact the candidate and get in touch with them in a single platform. We screen profiles based on the skills, experience required by the client. We are able to fill the position in different industries such as IT, Health care and NON IT roles. Indeed provides the screening test by asking questions and by giving assessments to them, it can be used to filter the candidates for some requirements we get lot of profiles its hard to do manual sourcing by giving them assessments it is easy for us to filter profiles accordingly. We engage with the right fit candidates and provide them with the interviews and we communicate time to time on the status of the interview feedbacks and maintain good candidate relationship.
