Glassdoor has been overall positive and helpful, especially when researching companies and job applications. Glassdoor provides job seekers the opportunity to see employee reviews, salary ranges and interview experiences which provide a more clear view of the company's culture and expectations. However, some reviews from the employees can be outdated, biased and inconsistent which can make it difficult to fully trust the information provided.

Employer side response is limited to what can be shared. Typically, only gather feedback from departed employees. Current employees have to be encouraged but not incentivized to provide a review. We found/find it necessary to monitor and respond to negative ratings from past employees that didn't provide truthful or complete details.
