We have control over the backend of how we utilize it while also being transparent to individuals who want to learn more about the organization.
I do like the salary ranges when available and the comments from current or previous employees. I have used that information to make decisions about whether to compare companies.
It's quite a unique site and no other options showcase your culture in a way that feels as genuine as Glassdoor. Almost every candidate we speak to checks our Glassdoor, which makes maintaining it a necessity
There are some reviews which are linked under an incorrect organization. Our group has gone through multiple name changes, and there are some errors with some data. Because we only have the account under one of the names, it is taking much longer to get some items revised. I wish there were also more opportunities to share data we already invest in other systems, whether it is a widget or something else to easily show the information.
Glassdoor has the potential to provide a lot of information, but tends to fall short at times. I know it is based on what others submit, but there needs to be a better way to verify. I also feel like there just isn't enough variety of information available for different companies and positions.
Of course you can't edit people's reviews, but sometimes the platform feels like an unfair representation of our actual culture. I'd like the features offered to go beyond basic employer branding and things like removing your competitors from the side bar of your company page!

There have been some significant challenges with other organizations which has similar names, and making sure that the correct reviews were under our organization rather than under the other ones (even if they were bad).
