I like the fact that the app indicates if the job is new or expiring soon. The skill match feature is great too because it gives me confidence and tells me beforehand whether I am a strong applicant or not and if my skills align even before I apply. Plus , the fact that the platform is free of cost and the location remote/suburb filter feature makes it my go to tool
I like that compared to other job boards, the applicants can easily send their profiles to the open vacancies and it will go directly to the platform database so the employer can review it from there instead of having them be redirected to the company career page to send an application.
