I like the way it delivers a new approach to manage, analyze and understand unstructured information. It helps us to discover, analyze and act on our content to improve performance and agility and this is something I like the most about it.
Users can quickly and easily identify data sources, highlight relevant custodians, expand the scope of preservation by detecting relationships between custodians and concepts, then allow for collection, processing, and deep analysis of the relevant ESI-electronically stored information.
Platform with full integration and support and where one gets acceptable experience , right path for desired objectives and a great support of the information that drives business work and allows to take healthy and work friendly decisions and much more... A much dependable and transparent media..
There is one thing that I dislike about it and which is it is a little bit expensive, but I must say that it is worth to spend on it.
It's important that Legal departments budget for additional training and professional services from InfoFusion partners to help them over this hump especially for those attorneys who are either technically challenge or slow to latch on and adopt this newer solution.
Integration and some support features are not sometimes up to the mark...

The tool does not provide all the promised scenarios accurately. It allows the identification and management of data, but needs to evolve to be complete. It is not as intuitive as other tools available in the market.
