This level of preparation and understanding of our requirements was something we did not experience with several other vendors we evaluated. Overall, the process felt professional and focused on solving our real business problems.

A good enterprise asset management software once you get used to using it, but at the beginning it is a bit difficult for someone to understand the functionality or process.
