manufacturer support and partners are very good. Stability of the platform.
The fact that I can integrate it with my huge database and retrieve the needed information is worth it - the ability for the software to manage huge volume of data and generate required information.
It is very configurable
Infor require several servers. You can consolidate servers but still you will have at least 4 servers. Reporting module could be improved.
It is quite difficult to understand the designing (custom grids) at the beginning. If you are not a technical person, you might end up hiring one because it will require some scripting.
We currently running on premise and have a load balanced application environment. Documents (such as Photos) such as photos are store on the application server File System that you are running on and other users will not see these photos if they are running to another app server. We have to keep the file systems in sync to correct the issue. This is not an issue in the Infor SaaS environment.

EAM is a great solution for maintenance needs plus it can solve more problems out of scope
support had been great. when uogrades cause problems vecause they changed things, it is our own problem to get it fixed as it is the way the program was designed. very frustratung. need more understanding
