What I like most about Informatica Product 360 is how it centralizes all product information in one place and ensures data consistency across systems. It is very powerful and can potentially do anything you might need.
The best feature is the centralized management of all product related data and digital assets within a single platform. This includes everything from product descriptions, specifications to media files. The platform's robust workflow and governance capabilities are also a standout feature, as they enable us to standardize processes, ensure data accuracy, and automate the enrichment and publication of content.
What I dislike most is the initial learning curve. The platform is feature rich so it feels complex at first and requires proper training to use it efficiently. Some configurations and customizations take time to understand and implement However once you will familiar with the system it becomes much easier to work with
It is poorly documented. It requires a huge effort to implement new things, because it is very complex and not user-friendly. Some features - such as the web client - are incomplete, and others seem to become obsolete in the near future.
The platform is highly complex and requires significant technical expertise for implementation and customization. The initial setup and data modeling are not a simple process and require some commitment which leads to a higher initial cost.
