Our experience with Pimberly has been very positive overall. Implementation took some planning, but once the system was configured it signicantly improved how we manage product data across channels. The platform has helped centralise catalogue management, reduce manual work, and improve data accuracy. Support has been responsive and helpful, and the system continues to scale well as our catalogue grows. It's not perfect in every area, but it delivers strong value and has become an important part of our ecommerce workflow. I would rate the experience 8 out of 10.
