“Automation and Integration Strengths Offset By Support Experiences and Evolving Costs”
Overall, Salsify has been an extremely useful tool for our organization. I appreciate the customizations we can perform on our own, the ability to execute independent integrations via the open API, and the functionality to leverage the tool as our organization sees fit vs how the developer may envision the "best use" of the product. We encourage our cross-functional teams to see Salsify as a solution tool as much as it is a PIM since often times we can fully or partially automate repeated tasks by leveraging the in-app tools. I do struggle sometimes with the support team's overall knowledge of the application, but I feel that in part that is due to the infinite ways that orgs might be using the tool, but I also jokingly say when I submit a support ticket, "Okay, let's go get gaslit," since I frequently have to go in circles until it is acknowledged that there is a real issue. Despite this, the tool is one of my favourite pieces of software and always look forward to what I can accomplish next.

Overall the experience has been really good. My only complaint is that when updates are made to the interface, we aren't always notified beforehand. It's sometimes difficult to determine how things changed or how to utilize the "improved" functions.

Salsify's UX and Capability Flexibility Sets Salsify Apart
I have been a Salsify user since 2017 at every company I have worked at, and it is not only an amazing PIM, but overall, one of the best software systems I have ever used. Salsify is well-coded to deliver maximum user experience, which leads to increased adoption. Efficient Process Automation in Salsify; Could Do Better With Image Linking and Product Imports

Salsify is my favorite syndication provider with its consistent innovation, ease of use, and learning offerings! Not only does it help us get our content where it needs to go, but it is a leader in the space and continues to evolve. A reliable, easy-to-use platform that simplifies Item Set Up and Content Syndication
Overall, we've had a positive experience with Salsify. The platform is easy to use and manage, which makes day-to-day work efficient. When issues do come up, they're typically resolved quickly and the support team is always responsive and willing to investigate. Salsify has worked especially well for Item Set Up and content syndication, as well as streamlining processes.
