My overall experience is very good. It is a stable product, and reliable staff. The arcitechture has to be modernized, because it is not cloud native.

I am pleased with what we have accomplished last 3 years as a result. I am less pleased with the process to get their. Also the performance last months is poor.

Good product wich covers all necessary aspects of life insurance. Offers many possibilities of individualization. Thanks to the large customer community, synergies can be exploited in the development of new topics.

The company is one of two companies in Turkey which provides local Insurance Software. The other company's Application is base on elementary (oto/house) Insurance solution. Agito is a more professional company and the solution is more mature. The company's intention is to develop the solution and create an environmet of partners that can develop useful solutions coupled with its own solution and thats a nice initiative.

what worked well: - Philosophy and possibilities of Solife - Wide range of product support (leading to successful product harmonisation) - Drive and flexibility of people and organisation - Working together with software integrator (editor/integrator) what worked not so well: - still working on optimizing internal processes

The system performance is slow. The user interface is old and not customized for the company's needs. Low level of automation of the processes. Reporting was not done in the system because of the performance.

Implementation of a project with a very broad et new scope. It required 3 years of development to find an agreement between our specific needs and the standard of the tool.
