The solution's Product factory modüle is advanced and advantegous. on the other hand its complexity is high. Business units need Support to be able to use it efficiently.

We had some installation issues at the end of the project and in terms of the maintanence of the programming language we would prefer tomcat rather than web logic . But transition of web logic vs tomcat was guaranteed by Agito by the end of 2019.
Deployment Process is a bit complex and need to be imporoved.
1) There may be some operational problems 2) Some addendums can have errors 3) When we have create new product, we can not see what is affected behind.
We would have expected a lower cost for the additional request. For every change resuest has been estimated at very high cost by the Vendor but after the bargaining we agreed on the win-win solution.

The company is one of two companies in Turkey which provides local Insurance Software. The other company's Application is base on elementary (oto/house) Insurance solution. Agito is a more professional company and the solution is more mature. Despite some shortcomings, a very successful program.
