During the remote learning shift, Inspera Smarter Proctoring proved helpful by maintaining secure online examination platforms. The system delivered a strong security foundation which protected academic standards.

I liked the features of automated exam delivery and recording of exams by Inspera Smarter Proctoring. It seemed useful to me to be able to change the type of questions and get specific feedback on student achievement as an additional tool for online teaching.

there is a steep learning curve, for both administrators and students. The interface takes some time to get used to, and settings up tests requires training.

Inspera creates unnecessary delays by flagging even small disruptions such as a brief student glance-away action. Examining and reviewing flagged cases requires extensive amounts of time that interrupts my duties as a teacher.

Some students had problems with connection and software failures that caused the exam problems and stress. These technical problems added inconvenience but also raised questions over the reliability of the tests.
