Some products are good, in terms of supports and solving bugs I would say they are average the resolution time they take for the fixes is that they take a long time. If you ask me the support, the deliverable time is not so perfect. They have a lot to improve with how to support customers and keep up with the time they promise to provide a fix or a resolution.

    The turn around for requests should be improved. The support team takes long time to resolve many of the reported issues. Follow ups on the progress of resolutions are must; otherwise, we don’t hear from the support team for long time.
