The team is flexible, highly thorough, and provides strong support with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all the requirements are met and nothing is overlooked during a solution implementation.
It's kind of neutral; I use it because we have to.
There are so many great things about the product, but just off the top I would list these: 1. Workflow 2.Reporting Dashboards 3.Advanced Capture
Some departments felt the interface was not modern, that document classification would require significant effort, and that managing access for external teams and the public might be insufficient; they expected a simplified user experience but when demoed, they did believe the product would not be easy to use.
The frequency rate of issues we experience with it. Not being able to locate a form efficiently.
Currently I think the focus on Cloud and AI is overblown and not where the base is at.

It could be better
It's a bit of a nuisance. It seems to go out frequently, doesn't always work efficiently, submissions get routed to error inboxes, update rates don't work like they should, etc.
