Implementation was satisfactory but we had to bridge the gaps between design and delivery.
Technical expertise and ability to execute are good. There have been some gaps between the design and the delivery teams and we had to reinforce the responsibilities of the engineering & design team until the go live. They had to adapt to accept sharing the design with our engineering team. Their legal team is a nightmare and we had painful discussions about liability clauses. However the quality of day to day operations are very good, so far.
