It's easier to see what's been resolved vs still open Share links are straightforward for remote stakeholders, and reviewers can engage without needing deep product training which helps drive faster sign off
Web UI is clean and easy to navigate. The integration of mobile viewports to the export/preview options are great. The pricing for a small team, with remote access, is a good value.

Heavier projects or long flows can feel sluggish to load and navigate which makes live reviews and usability testing sessions more brittle than we'd like It's easy for multiple final prototypes to exist at once, and managing what's current versus outdated requires manual discipline and naming conventions. inviting the right people with the right access sometimes takes more steps than expected which can slow down quick review cycles
The account management and configuration options are misleading and difficult to understand - particularly when wanting to provide access to non-paying team members or external partners. This includes conditional access and also add-ons in pricing that may be incurred. We also found the customer support options to be limited (trouble tickets only - no online chat) and too slow in response.
