A few of the features have some usability problems. Entering test cases does not automatically save, meaning some testers have lost work while filling in the test cases if they take too long. This has generated waste in our business.
Difficulty to use and lack of templates.
The UI needs an upgrade, performance can often be slow with vast numbers of items stored in Jama, and search could be a lot smarter, especially in the current landscape with modern AI search engines. The Jama knowledge base is not very helpful and too generic.
