Jama is a high quality requirements management software that we have integrated into all quality processes in our business. The company has been responsive and professional to deal with. We have some small qualms we have with some of the features, but overall it has been a boon to our business.

Jama required too much effort to configure and set up. The software seemed to assume a level of knowledge related to requirements documentation that was above our internal capabilities. Even after a signficant amount of paid consultation with Jama I don't feel like we recaptured the amount of money spent on the subscription during the two years we used the product.
