The UI needs an upgrade, performance can often be slow with vast numbers of items stored in Jama, and search could be a lot smarter, especially in the current landscape with modern AI search engines. The Jama knowledge base is not very helpful and too generic.
Difficulty to use and lack of templates.
Some features such as filters and text formatting are not intuitive. Occasional performance lag on large projects. Takes time to become fully comfortable with the tool.
