easy to maintain and further develop as long as you are or close to be an expert
open platform, long range of possible ways of doing planning, very customizable
user friendly and intuitive interface, comprehensive integration capabilities.
There is a very small community to discuss problems or share experiences and online resources are limited to the official knowledge base which doesn't seem to be very comprehensive, therefore becoming an expert is not easy.
the complexity for setting up transformations and reports, the UI is buggy and browser cache needs to be cleared often.
Jedox senior support team is based in Europe only and thus take longer to solve difficult issues for clients from other time zones.

Excellent tool, customised to your requirements
We implemented a forecast and intake tool for our small retail estate. I think its not the usual application for the tool and I chose it over several better known retail planning platforms, based on the high level of customisation the platform offers relative to the cost. The tool replaced a number of spreadsheets which often became corrupt and inaccurate. Its integration with our data sources means our stock and sales data are automatically updated. It is easy for my team to plan, due to deploying the key heirarchy levels in our business and has all required supporting data visible on every screen used. Its very easy to export all levels of data, which in turn offers full visibility for myself to manage and support my team. It has been greatly received by our client who is also our supplier as the tool really supports visibility for all stakeholders with our stock plans for the future. Our intake planning has improved significanlty and therefore our availability in our stores.
