The product has an ecosystem to allow for all cubes to be in one environment. The administration of the product is very light compared to other planning software we have used in the past.

easy to maintain and further develop as long as you are or close to be an expert

The only struggles we have had is finding reference materials/white papers on how to do certain functions within the tool. One of the next steps is to seek more training on the product now that we have implemented and customized it to our business model.

the complexity for setting up transformations and reports, the UI is buggy and browser cache needs to be cleared often.

There is a very small community to discuss problems or share experiences and online resources are limited to the official knowledge base which doesn't seem to be very comprehensive, therefore becoming an expert is not easy.
